Return. The journey out, and
the journey home.

For many veterans, coming home does not mean the fight is over. It just changes shape. Full Circle exists for that part.

Full Circle is a peer-led support and navigation program, run by the All The Way Foundation, open to Canadian veterans, former RCMP members, and first responders. It starts with people who have walked it showing up for each other, week after week. From there, if and when a member chooses, we connect them with the right care and stay with them throughout. Peer support is the core. Everything beyond it is a door you choose to walk through.

The loop is the point. A member walks in hurting, finds a community, can choose to be matched to real care, is supported through it, comes home, and comes back to support the next person and the wider network of veteran organizations and community. That is the full circle. Every person the program brings through becomes a source of strength for the next, and the whole community gets stronger for it.

Who it's for

The community is for anyone carrying the weight of service, the invisible wounds that do not show up on a scan. Canadian veterans, former RCMP, and first responders are all welcome to come and check it out. You do not need a diagnosis. You do not need to have it figured out. Come to a call. That is the whole ask to start.

The weekly calls are free and open, and nobody is turned away. The families who stand beside our members are welcome too. It exists to save lives.

Where it differs is coverage. Treatment coordination and funded care depend on eligibility, and right now, that coverage exists for veterans and former RCMP members. First responders and others are welcome in the community, and we will help however we can, but we cannot promise the same funded access. We will always be straight with you about what is and is not covered before anything is decided.

The journey

Four stages, built around you. You move at your own pace, and you can stay in the weekly calls the whole way through, whether or not you pursue treatment.

  1. Preparation

Four weeks of getting ready. Structured sessions with a registered psychotherapist, plus separate lived-experience preparation guided by veterans who have walked it. You go in ready, not guessing.

  2. Treatment

Matched to the right care for you, delivered by licensed clinicians and our vetted partner network in a supportive setting. This is not one narrow path. Options can range from preparation for intensive therapy and structured integration to approaches such as TMS, intensive outpatient and residential programs, and retreat-based care coordinated through our registered charity partners. Evidence-informed and emerging therapies, always your choice, with continuing care here at home.

  3. Integration

Four weeks with a registered psychotherapist, plus lived-experience integration guided by the Foundation, where the experience becomes lasting change. This is where the work sticks.

  4. Follow-up and outcomes

We measure how you are doing from day one and at every stage, not just at the end. With that baseline and check-ins along the way, including at three and six months, we can see what the preparation, treatment, and integration are actually doing. At this stage, members also step back into the wider veteran community and, when ready, can reach back to support the next person coming through. It feeds real research on veteran outcomes and keeps the whole program honest, to members and to the people who fund it.

The weekly community calls

This is the heart of it. Every week, one hour, always hosted by a trained peer lead, never left to run on its own. It is a place to be heard by people who get it, with no gate to belong.

A call has a natural shape. A welcome to settle in, an open share circle where people are actually heard, a close so nobody leaves raw, and room afterward to connect one to one if you want it. Show up as you are. That is enough.

The treatment pathway

If and when you choose to go further, Full Circle offers a curated menu of treatment options through our care-partner network, and you choose the path that fits you best. We do not route you or push you toward any one option. We give you the information and the connections, and the decision is yours.

Options can include a retreat coordinated through our charity partners, an All The Way network retreat, or intensive clinical treatment closer to home. The strength of the program is real relationships and real access, legal operating environments and vetted partners, not a vague promise to help you find something.

Any intensive or retreat-based treatment comes with structured preparation before and integration after, delivered by a registered psychotherapist. That wrap is not optional. It is how we keep people safe and make the work last.

Safety

Safety underpins every stage of Full Circle, and it is not an afterthought.

  • Every treatment path is wrapped in preparation before and integration after, with a registered psychotherapist.
  • A crisis and safety protocol, clinically reviewed, sits under the whole program.
  • Clinical screening is administered by a registered psychotherapist who owns all clinical judgment.
  • Before any treatment decision, we ask whether you have a medical professional you can talk it through with, a nurse practitioner, physician, psychiatrist, psychologist, or therapist, so the decision sits with you and your care team.

The treatment decision is always your own, made on your own understanding. We give you the information, the connections, and the support that go with it.

What it costs

The community side of Full Circle is free. The peer support, the calls, the preparation, none of that costs a veteran anything.

Treatment costs vary by the path you take, and we help you understand what is covered and how before you commit to anything. For veterans and former RCMP members, some options may be covered under existing coverage. We will walk you through it plainly, with no pressure and no surprises.

How to register

Registering is simple. Fill out the short interest form, and you are in, welcomed into the Full Circle community and the weekly calls. That is the front door, and it is open.

Anything beyond the community, a clinical check-in or a treatment path, is a separate opt-in you choose when and if you are ready. Joining the calls never requires any of it.
