FSSF Black Devils Heritage Hoodie

December 1943 at Monte La Difensa. A fortified ridge that locked down the Mignano Gap and blocked the route toward Cassino and Rome. Steep ground. Hard fighting. The Allied advance stalled until one unit broke through.

The 1st Special Service Force stepped in. A joint Canadian and American commando formation that became legendary across the Italian campaign. The Germans called them the Black Devils. Their discipline and mountain warfare skill shaped what would eventually become the U.S. Army Green Berets and Canada’s CSOR.

This hoodie is a nod to that history and to the people who carried the reputation forward. Ten percent of all profits support the Canadian Special Operations Regimental Association.
